PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepreg sheet for an article other than flying objects or windmills, in which resin or the like constituting a molded article is prevented from swelling and structural material or the like is prevented from being broken even when the molded article is struck by lightning, and to further provide a prepreg sheet for an article other than flying objects or windmills, which is hardly charged with static electricity.;SOLUTION: In the prepreg sheet for an article other than flying objects or windmills, carbon fiber is used as a reinforcing material and a resin composition is used as a matrix.
