PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-crossing laser oscillation device with axial cooling for radiating a laser beam.SOLUTION: The device for radiating a laser beam includes a cylindrical solid amplification medium (1) having a fluorescent wavelength that is defined by a surface area connecting two surfaces S1 and S2 and being pumped through one or both surfaces in order to become a gain medium. The device includes a cooling liquid (31) having a thermal conductivity Cr and touching the amplification medium (1) over one surface, and a refractive index matching liquid (21) having a thermal conductivity Ci0.3Cr and touching the amplification medium (1) over the surface area and absorbing or scattering the fluorescent wavelength.
