PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and the like that are capable of collecting radio qualities based on user sensory qualities.;SOLUTION: A system includes a mobile terminal capable of determining positional information, a blog server to which messages are posted from an unspecified number of third persons, and a database server that collects radio qualities. The database server acquires messages posted by a user who operates the mobile terminal from the blog server. The database server extracts place terms and sensory terms from the messages. Next, the database server uses a place term storage unit to search for place-term-based positional information, and uses a sensory information storage unit to search for sensory-term-based sensory quality. Next, the database uses a radio quality storage unit to search for radio quality information corresponding to the place-term-based positional information.
