PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrafine grinding device having a novel structure capable of practically obtaining fine powder of nano-order effectively and stably, and an ultrafine grinding method.;SOLUTION: The ultrafine grinding device ultrafine-grinds grainy materials to be crushed (raw materials). It includes a jet mill 12 and an ejector type grinding pipe 30. Raw material supplying means 2 and 3 are connected to a suction chamber 31 of an ejector type raw material jet pipe 11 of the jet mill 12 by having airtight retaining means 5A, 5B and 6. The product exit of the jet mill 12 is connected in such a manner that swirl flow ground matter from the jet mill 12 can be introduced into the suction chamber (an explosion grinding chamber) 31 of the ejector type grinding pipe 30, and an expansion grinding (an explosion grinding) by rapid decompression is conducted for the materials to be crushed in the explosion grinding chamber 31.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
