PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder with a magnet making it possible to briefly forming pages and to bookbind without scattering the sheets of paper when handling the same.;SOLUTION: A magnet-equipped binder 102 has a magnet-retaining base 6, a ring binder 2, a magnet 3 and a punch mechanism 4. The magnet-equipped binder 102 can be used by attraction to a magnetic wall due to the magnetic force of the magnet 3. Sheets of paper are suspended from a pair of reclosable rings 22 of the ring binder 2, thereby the sheets of paper can be detachably retained on the magnetic wall. The lower arms of the pair of rings 22 have linear sections 28 that incline towards the top, and a plurality of sheets of paper can therefore be arranged in close contact with one another and supported in stable fashion on the side of the magnetic wall. A pair of punch holes required for suspending the sheet of paper from the pair of rings 22 can be formed using the punch mechanism 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
