A magnet-equipped binder (101) has a magnet-retaining base (1), a ring binder (2), and a magnet (3). The magnet-equipped binder (101) can be used by attraction to a magnetic wall due to the magnetic force of the magnet (3). Sheets of paper are suspended from a pair of reclosable rings (22) of the ring binder (2), whereby the sheets of paper can be detachably retained on the magnetic wall. The lower arms of the pair of rings (22) have linear sections (28) that incline towards the top, and a plurality of sheets of paper can therefore be arranged in close contact with one another and supported in stable fashion on the side of the magnetic wall. A permanent magnet covered with a retaining member made of synthetic resin so that the back face side of the permanent magnet is exposed can be used as the magnet (3).
