METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FRAME-SHAPED MOLDED MATERIAL CONTAINING READY-MIXED CONCRETE SLUDGE AND WASTE OF INDUSTRIAL WASTE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general-purpose long block frame-shaped molded structure, containing ready-mixed concrete sludge and return concrete of industrial waste having a covering layer molded body as a main raw material and uniting diatomaceous earth swarf and zeolite chips, which has physical strength and water resistance, and which enables zero industrial waste by generalizing the production application range of an industrial waste zero emission system method and by manufacturing a large-sized frame.;SOLUTION: For effectively utilizing industrial waste, a manufacturing technique for restraining industrial waste is developed. An environmental function of a zero emission integrated frame-shaped molded structure is provided having a composition effect of diatomaceous earth swarf and zeolite chips having well-known compositions as a combined raw material of industrial waste in the frame-shaped molded structure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
