PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation bearing using a high-damping rubber based laminated rubber bearing capable of improving limit performance by solving a problem of the high-damping rubber based laminated rubber bearing with fracture due to torsional deformation with a simple configuration.;SOLUTION: A base isolation bearing device 1 using a high-damping rubber based laminated rubber bearing arranged between a lower structure 2 and an upper structure 3 of a structure comprises: a rotational axis 10 fixed to a center of a lower plate 6 fixed to the lower structure or an upper plate 8 fixed to the upper structure; a rotational plate 11 pivotally supported so as to be rotatable by the rotational axis; and a high-damping rubber based laminated rubber bearing 14 integrally installed to the rotational plate. The base isolation bearing device 1 restrains torsional deformation of the high-damping rubber based laminated rubber bearing by allowing the rotational plate to rotate by stress applied to the bearing from all horizontal directions.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
