PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress existing facility modification amount, to improve convenience on operation, to keep the inside of a building have negative pressure, and to reduce disturbance when changing the air amount of a blower or an exhaust fan, in a ventilation air-conditioning facility of a nuclear power plant.SOLUTION: A ventilation air-conditioning facility 10 of a nuclear power plant has a blower 24 for supplying outside air to a ventilation air-conditioning target zone 12 of the nuclear power plant; a motor 38 for the blower; an exhaust fan 28 and a motor 39 for the exhaust fan which discharge air ventilated the ventilation air-conditioning target zone 12; and ventilation ducts 23 and 26 ventilating the ventilation air-conditioning target zone 12 by air sent from the blower 24 and lead to the exhaust fan 28. The ventilation air-conditioning facility 10 uses a multi-speed motor for the motor 38 for the blower and the motor 39 for the exhaust fan, and on the other hand, is provided with a ventilation air-conditioning facility control device 36 for signal-processing a temperature signal a from a temperature detector 37. The ventilation air-conditioning facility control device 36 is equipped with an air amount adjusting function for adjusting air amount by the individual rotation speed control of the motor 38 for the blower and the motor 39 for the exhaust fan by electrode number conversion, and the damper opening control of an air amount adjusting damper 19.
