PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of improving working efficiency and inspection accuracy for inspecting a development degree of corrosion of a steel material treated by corrosion proofing.;SOLUTION: A deterioration diagnosis device is a device for measuring a corrosion degree of a steel material (20) buried in ground (10). The device includes; a steel material contact electrode (30) being fixed to the steel material (20) subject to an inspection; a reference electrode (40) temporarily buried in the ground (10) in which the steel material (20) is buried; and an instrument (50) to be connected to the reference electrode (40) and the steel material contact electrode (30). The instrument (50) applies current to the steel material (20) and, when a potential value is higher than a predetermined reference potential, outputs that the steel material (20) is corroded.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
