PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable information analyses including trouble detection without imposing increased loads on a network management system or imposing pressure on the traffic of a monitoring network when the number of network devices and/or the number of parameters to be monitored increase.;SOLUTION: A network information acquiring device comprises: an acquired parameter list that defines parameters to be acquired from a network device; processing rules that designate rules on processing of parameters and on the results of processing; data acquiring means that acquires the parameters defined in the acquired parameter list from the network device; a database holding the acquired parameters in a time series; time series data processing means that performs analyses to find out whether or not the parameters held in the time series deviate from the processing rules; and notifying means that reports the analytical results when deviation from the processing rules is identified.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
