PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a candidate of agricultural land, which is effective for realization of expansion of the agricultural land, occurrence prevention of abandonment of cultivated land and dispersion prevention of the agricultural land, to be retrieved.;SOLUTION: An agricultural land retrieval device comprises: an input section which receives an input of a lot number with a land classification of a dry field or a rice field as a retrieval object lot number; a specification section which specifies, based on map information, all lot numbers neighboring the retrieval object lot number and/or all lot numbers in the same district as the retrieval object lot number as a determination object lot numbers; a determination section which, based on registration information, the map information as well as information on a minimum area for which establishment of a leasehold right is approved with respect to the land with the land classification of the dry field or the rice field in each area, determines whether or not the determination object lot number specified by the specification section is the lot number having a high probability of being abandoned cultivation land and/or being leased by an owner; and a display section which displays the determination object lot number determined, by the determination section, as the lot number having the high probability of being abandoned cultivation land and/or being leased by the owner.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
