PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of feedback from a receiver to a transmitter while minimizing drop in communication quality in MIMO-OFDM communication.;SOLUTION: Transmission antenna pattern calculation means 1a of a receiver 1 calculates combination patterns of transmission data streams ds₁-ds_n of a transmitter 2 and transmission antennas 2c₁-2c_n transmitting the transmission data streams ds₁-ds_n for each subcarrier. Transmission antenna pattern extraction means 1b divides the combination patterns calculated by the transmission antenna pattern calculation means 1a into blocks for every plurality of subcarriers, and extracts one combination pattern from the blocks. Feedback means 1c feeds the combination pattern extracted by the transmission antenna pattern extraction means 1b back to the transmitter 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
