PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil lubrication type rolling device which has a function of monitoring and determining the concentration of water mixed into lubrication oil, and prevents early damage to a rolling component due to hydrogen embrittlement thereof.SOLUTION: The oil lubrication type rolling device includes a mixed water concentration monitoring device 6 that monitors the concentration of water mixed into the lubricating oil 5. The mixed water concentration monitoring device 6 has: a capacitance detection means 7 and an oil temperature measuring means 8 that detect the capacitance and the oil temperature of the lubricating oil 5 respectively; and a water concentration calculation means 9 that detects the mixed water concentration based on the detected capacitance and oil temperature.
