The device includes: receiving a malfunctional warning from an unbalance monitoring device 41 and also receiving distribution data of O2 concentration; extracting the O2concentration measuring point 610 of the data indicating malfunction in the received distribution data of O2concentration; specifying the position of the burner 110 corresponding to the extracted O2 concentration measuring point 610 based on the corresponding burner DB 32; receiving oil pressure data of the burner 110 at the specified position; and diagnosing that the relevant burner 110 malfunctions when an oil pressure difference between the received burner oil-pressure data and an oil pressure data of the relevant burner memorized in a burner oil-pressure DB (database) 31 is equal to or more than a predetermined value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
