PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of removing a blotch in the skin and a blotch removing external preparation for the skin, which can improve a blotch removing effect of reducing a blotch produced in the skin by aging and sunburn.;SOLUTION: The method of removing the blotch in the skin includes irradiating the skin with radioactive rays by a radioactive sintered compact obtained by sintering radioactive ore powder in the presence of electrolytically reduced water. Further, the blotch removing external preparation for the skin is composed of a combination of a radioactive sintered compact obtained by sintering radioactive ore powder and electrolytically reduced water irradiating radioactive rays by the radioactive sintered compact.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
