PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new making technique of the train set vehicle number-a seat classification setting plan for attaining the action effect such as an improvement in getting-on efficiency and an improvement in an income of a railroad enterpriser.;SOLUTION: A plurality of solution candidates (a solution candidate for the train set vehicle number) are set on respective Shinkansen Bullet Trains, and the train set vehicle number is determined by using the solution candidate (the best solution) of becoming minimum in the demand-supply remainder square sum (an evaluation index value) of expressing a difference between a demand and a supply of a seat classification selected from the solution candidates. Afterwards, a plurality of solution candidates (a solution candidate for the seat classification) are similarly set on the respective Shinkansen Bullet Trains, and the seat classification setting plan is made by using the solution candidate (the best solution) of becoming maximum in the getting-on efficiency (an evaluation index value) of a reserved seat selected from the solution candidates.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
