PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferritic stainless steel sheet and a ferritic stainless steel pipe which is improved in the processability and weldability of ferritic stainless steel and is also excellent in cost.;SOLUTION: The ferritic stainless steel sheet includes, by mass%, 10 to 20% Cr, 0.01% or less C, 0.01% or less N, 1.5% or less Si, 0.06% or less S, and (5×[%S]) to (5×[%S]+0.3)% Mn, and further includes at least one selected from 7×([%C]+[%N]) to 0.50% Ti and 14×([%C]+[%N]) to 0.80% Nb (wherein [%M] represents the content of element M in steel), with the balance consisting of Fe and unavoidable impurities.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
