PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail bond resistance measuring device capable of automatically measuring rail bound resistance.;SOLUTION: On a first rail 11, a first electrode C1, a second electrode C2, and a third electrode C3 are disposed, and on a second rail 12, a forth electrode C4 and a fifth electrode C5 are disposed. The second electrode C2 and the third electrode C3 are disposed so as to have an interval of predetermined length (for example, 1 m) therebetween. The third electrode C3 on the first rail 11 and the fourth electrode C4 on the second rail 12 are disposed so as to have an interval of predetermined length (for example, 1 m) therebetween. A power source portion 41 applies battery voltage Vbat between the first electrode C1 and the fifth electrode C5. A computing control portion 100 detects electric potential difference V1 between the second electrode C2 and the third electrode C3, and electric potential difference V2 between the third electrode C3 and the fourth electrode C4. On the basis of a ratio of the electric potential difference V1 and the electric potential difference V2, the magnitude (a resistance value converted into meter length) of rail bound resistance (resistance RX) is calculated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
