PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium for cultivating truffles with a high radical oxygen scavanging capacity, and a truffle mycelium and fruiting body clutivated by using the medium.SOLUTION: The medium for cultivating truffles includes a mixture of a saccharide including at least one from a group consisting of rice bran, wheat bran, and glucose, and an edible ingredient including at least one selected from a group consisting of burdock, nuts, and berries. The edible ingredient is mixed with the weight ratio of 0.5 to 5 to the saccharide when the weight of the saccharide as 1. As for the ingredient, it is preferable that the burdock is granulated. By injecting truffle seeds for cultivation into such a medium, the truffle mycelium and fruiting body could be provided.
