PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter medium for a pulse dust collector which can maintain a high dust shaking-off efficiency state over a long period of time.;SOLUTION: In a nonwoven fabric F for a filter used in the pulse dust collector, a fiber material constituting a filter surface part 23 for collecting dust from ventilated gas is constituted of the fiber material having a flexural rigidity coefficient smaller than that of the fiber material composing a core (an intermediate layer 21) in a thickness direction of the nonwoven fabric F for the filter, wherein the flexural rigidity coefficient is a product of a fiber elastic modulus of the fiber material and a fiber cross section secondary moment. A fiber material layer constituting the filter surface part 23 is constituted so as to be changeable between a first state where thickness is reduced by compaction with dust collection by gas ventilation from the filter surface part 23 side to the core (the intermediate layer 21) and a second state where thickness is recovered by sieve opening more than the first state with pulse supply of compressed air from the core (the intermediate layer 21) side to the filter surface part 23.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
