PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of recovering in high efficiency carbon dioxide included in combustion exhaust gas.SOLUTION: That a high performance static fluid mixer in which two or more helical blade bodies of right tweak or left tweak are disposed in the fluid passage is used with an internal filling object of an absorption tower and a stripping tower used for a process that removes carbon dioxide (shown as CO2 hereafter) included in a combustion exhaust gas, is especially effective for energy saving, the miniaturization of equipment, and the reduction of maintenance cost. This high performance filling object has excellent characteristics that there is self-purification, it is maintenance-free, and it can make low pressure loss and achieve miniaturization. Moreover, a CO2 absorption tower and a CO2 stripping tower are unified by the miniaturization of a column to be compact.
