PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable thermal displacement correction with a simple configuration without requiring equipment cost.;SOLUTION: A warm-up operation is performed in S1 (a first warm-up operation step). A coordinate value of each reference point is measured in S3 (a second reference point measurement step). The coordinate value to be measured and the coordinate value at previous day are compared in S5, the difference between them is calculated, and is determined whether or not the difference calculated in S6 is within the permitted value (a first discrimination step). In this regard, when the difference is within the permitted value, the warm-up operation is repeated until reaches N times (a second warm-up operation step). When the warm-up operation reaches N times, the coordinate value of each reference point is measured again in S3 (a third reference point measurement step), and it is determined whether or not the difference from the coordinate value at the previous day is within the permitted value in S5 and 6 (a second discrimination step). In this regard, if it is not within the permitted value, the difference of the coordinate value has not been within the permitted value even the warm-up operation is repeated N times, and therefore a workpiece coordinate original point is corrected on the basis of the difference in S11 (a correction step) and machining is performed by the corrected NC program.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
