PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem with a conventional technique in which a body to be rotated (hereinafter, a cylinder) placed on a drive turning roll and a driven turning roll is prevented from moving in an axial direction during rotation, wherein a new mechanism for measuring the movement of the cylinder is needed, resulting in a large scale device.;SOLUTION: A disk 6 is arranged at the side of the cylinder 4, and also a thrust bearing 14 is attached to an end of a driven table side turning roll 10 for placing the cylinder 4. An outer periphery of the disk 6 is brought into abutment with the thrust bearing 14, thereby preventing the movement of the cylinder 4 in the axial direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
