PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training schedule management device which can efficiently manage a follow-up training.;SOLUTION: A training schedule management device has: an attendance history storage unit 11 for storing attendance history data indicating an attendance history of training contents attended by a worker maintaining an apparatus in association with worker identification information; repair result storage unit 12 for storing repair result data associating a work result value indicating a result of repair performed by a worker on an apparatus with a model of the apparatus, a repair content, and worker identification information; and a reference value storage unit 13 for storing a reference result value for each repair content of an apparatus. The device refers to the attendance history storage unit 11, the repair result storage unit 12, and the reference value storage unit 13 to compare the work result value of a worker who has attended training contents and the reference result value corresponding to a model of an apparatus and a repair content related to the work result value. Based on a comparison result, the device determines that the worker does not need a follow-up training when the work result value meets the reference result value, and determines that the worker needs the follow-up training when the work result value does not meet the reference result value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
