PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat wire cover material which enables flat wires to be easily covered with an insulation coating at room temperature, and enables flat wires to be covered in such a manner that there are no air bubbles or gaps, particularly even when the flat wire cover material is wound in a spiral shape while providing an overlapping section.;SOLUTION: The flat wire cover material is an adhesive tape for coating, which is used for coating flat wires and characterized in that a viscoelastic layer is provided on one side of a base material. In the flat wire cover material, it is especially preferable that the viscoelastic layer is formed from a silicone-based adhesive composition and that the base material is formed from a polyimide resin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
