PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that accumulation and development of knowledge and techniques useful for ameliorating diseases considered to be caused by a signal transduction abnormality through a CRMP2 protein, e.g. disease symptoms such as Alzheimer's disease, schizophrenia and axonal injury are pressing need; and the development of testing tools etc., in relation thereto is expected.;SOLUTION: There is provided a transformant etc., obtained by introducing a foreign gene having a base sequence encoding the amino acid sequence of three kinds of proteins of a Gm1 protein, a G-protein-coupled receptor protein and the CRMP2 protein into a host cell.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
