PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production or physical distribution management device with a simulation function which removes enormous ruling of discrete type simulation, and conforms to the actual situation.SOLUTION: Things are moved by trucks among an A-process area 13 to a C-process area 15. IN time when a thing enters facilities in each process area and OUT time when the thing exits from the facilities in each process area are recorded in a data acquisition terminal 32. When the thing exits from the facilities in the C-process area 15, the data acquisition terminal 32 generates process data by relating IN time and OUT time acquired so far to previously set setting information (for example, a thing grade etc.). A production and physical distribution simulator 25 outputs a chart schematizing a series of flows of the thing up to completion of processing through one process, a movement time, a next process, and further another process on the basis of the process data.
