PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining structure and a construction method thereof for preventing efflorescence in a lining structure.;SOLUTION: The lining structure includes a shell 1, a stud 2 fixed to the shell 1, and a lining layer 3A stacked on the shell 1. The lining layer 3A contains a potassium ion capturing substance. The lining layer 3A is stacked on the shell 1, including an insulation layer 10 with a density of 0.2-1.7 g/cm³ and a refractory layer 11 stacked on the insulation layer 10 with a density of 2.0-6.0 g/cm³.
