PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order management device, a mounting board, an order management system equipped with them, a method for controlling the order management device, and a program, which allow a display device for displaying order information to be added to the system without changing an order receiving terminal.;SOLUTION: An order management device (mounting board 6A) used by connecting with an order receiving terminal and a display device comprises: a print data acquisition part (controller I/F part 11) for acquiring data for printing an order sheet, which is print data that contains order information indicating an identification code for identifying an orderer and a order content, from an order receiving terminal; a display data generation part 21 for extracting the identification code and one or more pieces of order information from the acquired print data, sorting each piece of the order information by the identification code, and generating display data to be displayed on the display device; and a display data output part (display I/F part 13) for outputting the generated display data to the display device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
