PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for treating a coated surface-treating agent, the device subjecting a coated surface-coating agent, which has functions to meet polishing treatment, soil-resistant treatment, coated-film protection or the like, to additional one-step treatment to make the agent itself remarkably excellent in durability; and to provide a method for treating a coated surface-treating agent and the coated surface-treating agent.;SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave of a white noise waveform, which is basically a sine waveform, is applied to a coated surface-coating agent by using a non-inductively wound treatment coil 3 to miniaturize and activate the components of the coated surface-coating agent. By this, the coated surface-coating agent infiltrates deeply between paint molecules on the coated surface of a treatment object to more strongly strengthen the linkage between the coated film and a solvent for the coated surface-coating agent, and consequently the coated surface-coating agent becomes excellent in durability.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
