PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress wrong cancellation of equipment operation inhibition during inspection and repair by managing when and who sets an operation interlock in water supply and sewerage facilities.;SOLUTION: There is provided a water supply and sewerage monitoring control system S that controls monitoring operation on a monitoring terminal device 61a by an operator with respect to equipment of the water supply and sewerage facilities W. The water supply and sewerage monitoring control system includes authentication means 61a of authenticating the operator based upon authentication information input to the monitoring terminal device 61a by the operator at the start of monitoring operation to allow the operator to start the monitoring operation if authenticated; operation interlock means 63 of stopping the operation of the equipment 11, 12, and 13 specified through the monitoring operation when a state in which the equipment is in maintenance operation is selected; and notice board information display means 61a of displaying notice board information 31 including information on the operator who selects the state in which the equipment is in the maintenance operation and information on operation contents that the operator inputs on a display device 61b.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
