PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a central monitoring control device which can allow for flow rate-cost non-linearity and multivalued property and which uses cost calculation with less calculation load for making a water supply operation plan and controlling facilities to minimize an operation cost.;SOLUTION: The water supply central monitoring control device for water introducing, supplying and distributing pump facilities to be controlled comprises: an equipment property storage part for storing the equipment property of each pump machine; a control rule storage part for storing an operation system, etc., for the facilities to be controlled; a cost model construction part for constructing a cost model based on the stored equipment property and a control rule; a cost calculation part using the cost model for evaluating the operation cost of water supply operation plan data; an operation plan optimization part for creating the water supply operation plan data to minimize the operation cost to be evaluated by the cost calculation part; and a communication part for transmitting the optimum operation plan data to the facilities to be controlled.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
