PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a NAM conversation support system and a NAM conversation support method for allowing a NAM conversation participant to easily identify a NAM speaker by listening to a NAM conversation of the NAM speaker while holding a NAM conversation participated by a plurality of persons.;SOLUTION: A NAM conversation management server: receives information on the present location and present facing direction of each NAM conversation participant from a mobile terminal device possessed by each of the NAM conversation participants; and defines an azimuth direction and a fundamental frequency to be allocated to each of the NAM speakers based on the present azimuth direction and the sound fundamental frequency of the NAM speaker seen from each of the NAM conversation participants identified by using the received location and facing direction information. The NAM conversation management server processes NAM silent sound signals based on the defined azimuth direction and the fundamental frequency allocated, and transmits the processed silent sound signals to each of the NAM conversation participants.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
