PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that an atomic power generation is risky, a steam-power generation has environmental pollution problems, and a gasoline, light oil and heavy oil used for motive energy of automobile, ship or airplane raise questions about pollution.SOLUTION: A recyclable, nearly clean energy is obtained by utilizing thermal energy and plasma generated by applying bending force to metals. Simultaneously, removal of radioactivity, foray into other celestial objects, development of a new space craft and the conversion of celestial objects such as red planet into those such as earth are performed by utilizing the creation of materials by plant from moonlight and gravity wave. However, since such new energies also generate much plasma, the city greening and photovoltaic system for plasma absorption are promoted as countermeasures while performing town construction having resistance to disaster.
