PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which attains stable customer attraction and profitability by a music piece distribution system, allows many listeners to evaluate a variety of music piece copyrighters irrespective of professionals and amateurs, and enables ranking to be confirmed in real time.;SOLUTION: There is provided a music piece distribution competition system which registers music piece files uploaded from artist terminals in a music piece registration table during a registration period, adds download points of each time to accumulated download points of an artist and records the point when a specified music piece file is downloaded to a listener terminal after payment of music piece purchase charge in a competition period, and determines an artist to be paid for a prize based upon a registration fee by an artist as a source material based upon the accumulated download points and a copyright fee etc., based upon music piece purchase charge as a source material based upon the accumulated download points.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
