PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of difference in tint between a part corresponding to a joined section and a part corresponding to other sections in an anodic oxide film formed on a surface of integrally joined aluminum alloy materials.;SOLUTION: Aluminum alloy materials of a lid material 2 and a side material 3 which are integrally joined with each other are 5000-type alloy, in which the distribution density v of second phase particles of the particle size being ≤5 μm is 10,000≥v (pieces/mm2). By executing the friction stir welding of a joint part 5 with their ends under the condition that the diameter d of a shoulder 10 in a tool 8 satisfies the inequalities 3≤d≤8 (mm), and the number r of rotation of a tool 7 satisfies the inequalities 6r≤20 (rotation/mm, the number of rotation of the tool for the joining length of 1 mm). The distribution of the second phase particles is little different between the joined part and other parts, preventing the occurrence of difference in tint in the anodic oxide film of the surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
