PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railway vehicle capable of reducing the power consumption of an air-conditioning unit and maintaining a pleasant temperature environment in the railway vehicle.;SOLUTION: The railway vehicle includes: an air intake device for introducing outside air into the vehicle; an exhaust device for discharging the inside air to the outside of the vehicle; the air-conditioning unit for controlling the temperature and humidity in the vehicle; and a control unit for detecting the inside temperature and the outside temperature of the vehicle to control opening and closing apparatuses disposed on the air intake device and the exhaust device. The opening and closing apparatuses disposed on the air intake device and the exhaust device are arbitrarily controlled by the control unit while the control unit detects the inside temperature of the vehicle.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
