PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a conductive ink which has high printing process suitability and can easily allow preparation of a transparent conductive film having high conductivity by a printing process; a method of preparing the same; and a method of preparing a transparent conductive film.;SOLUTION: The conductive ink includes carbon nanotubes, ionic liquid, and a solvent, and the viscosity of the ink is 0.01 Pa.s to 10,000 Pa s. The conductive ink can be prepared by preparing a dispersion obtained by dispersing carbon nanotubes in a solvent, and adjusting the viscosity to be 0.01 Pa s to 10,000 Pa s by adding at least ionic liquid to the dispersion and stirring the dispersion. The conductive ink includes, as necessary, a surfactant, a conductive polymer, and alcohol.
