PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a thermoconductive reinforcing sheet combining both excellent thermoconductivity and excellent reinforcement; a thermoconductive reinforcing composition for forming the sheet; a reinforced structure improved in both thermoconductivity and mechanical strength; and a reinforcing method.SOLUTION: The reinforcing method includes pasting a thermoconductive reinforcing sheet 1 on an object 5 to be reinforced and then curing the sheet, wherein the thermoconductive reinforcing sheet 1 is provided with a resin layer 2 comprising a thermoconductive reinforcing composition including a curable component, a rubber component and a thermoconductive particle.
