PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing efficiency improving device capable of improving manufacturing efficiency of an object to be processed.SOLUTION: A manufacturing efficiency improving device 1 comprises: first communication means that communicates information among a plurality of processing units 2 for processing an object to be processed ; second communication means that communicates control information about the control of conveyance units 32 for conveying the objects among the plurality of processing units 2 in a conveyance system 3 having the conveyance units 32; predicting means that predicts, based on the information communicated through the first communication means, when one processing unit 2 at the communication destination needs to output a finished object and when another processing unit 2 needs to receive an unfinished object; and generating means that generates the control information for the conveyance system so that the conveyance unit 32 reaches the processing unit 2 at the communication destination at the conveyance time that the predicting means has predicted.
