PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an email classification device with a classification technique which does not impair user's convenience nor give user a burden or stress.;SOLUTION: A rule setting & classification execution processing part 21A automatically classifying and organizing emails received by a reception processing part 13 and stored in a reception box performs following steps: selecting one or a plurality of classification object items for classifying emails based on setting data preliminarily set in a setting data storage part 28 which has been inputted by a user; giving a priority of the selected classification object items by a parameter from a rule priority giving part 26; generating a rule for the classification object items according to order of the given priority and setting and registering it in a mail classification rule 15; generating a folder of a classification destination for the classification object items by a folder generation processing part 17; and moving corresponding emails in the reception box to the generated folder of the classification destination.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
