PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for acquiring and accumulating information of a vehicle, which has simple and inexpensive configuration and nonetheless acquires and accumulates data (information) about a life of a turbocharger and contributes to effective utilization of the accumulated data.SOLUTION: The device for acquiring and accumulating information of a vehicle (vehicle control ECU 10) acquires various information relating to operation conditions of the vehicle and accumulates in a predetermined way. The device integrates an operation period of a turbocharger in a resonant rotational speed region based on a turbine rotational speed of the turbocharger provided in an internal combustion engine, acquires the integration and accumulates as information.
