PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the cracking of fish meat by quick freezing, and to reduce power consumption in freezing.;SOLUTION: The invention relates to a quick freezing device (10) installed in a freezing compartment (11) for quickly freezing the skin of a fish (43) and a piece of fish meat (40) having two cut surfaces (44 and 44) that forms a predetermined angle.
