PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify an officer terminal that a request for officer approval is made even in a state in which the officer terminal and a window terminal are actuated with different accounts.;SOLUTION: There is provided an officer approval system such that: a window terminal includes message transmission means of transmitting a message requesting officer approval to a server when an operation to request officer approval is performed; the server includes message holding means of holding the message transmitted by the message transmission means that the window terminal includes; and an officer terminal includes message confirmation means of confirming the message held by the message holding means that the server includes at predetermined time intervals, message reception means of receiving the message from the message holding means that the server includes when the message confirmation means confirms the presence of the message, and message display means of displaying the message received by the message reception means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
