PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that cafeteria business has been performed conventionally with a time limit by providing a temporary facility for cafeteria business on an unused vacant lot after building dismantlement or the like but the effective utilization of the unused vacant lot has not been sufficiently attained since much time and efforts have been actually required for the work of obtaining the agreement of a landowner for the use of the site while clearing legal regulations in sanitation related to public health centers or the like and legal regulation in disaster prevention related to the Fire Services Act.;SOLUTION: A first trailer house in which a toilet facility is installed on an undercarriage floor surface and at least a part of side faces is freely removable, a second trailer house in which a kitchen facility is installed on an undercarriage floor surface and at least a part of side faces is freely removable, and a trailer in which a seat space is provided on an undercarriage floor surface are used and these trailer houses and trailer are connected with one another within a site to construct a business space of one cafeteria.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
