STAY VANE OF HYDRAULIC MACHINE, AND METHOD OF CHANGING STAY VANE PROFILE OF HYDRAULIC MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stay vane of a hydraulic machine and a method of changing a stay vane profile of the hydraulic machine, which satisfy both of good workability and inhibition of residual stress affecting an existing stay vane and main plates when changing the profile of the existing stay vane.SOLUTION: The stay vanes 23 are each installed between paired main plates 21, 22 which are connected with the outlet of a helix casing 2, and are opposed to each other. The stay vane 23 includes: a vane body 25 installed between the main plates 21, 22; a front edge part 26 and a rear edge part 27 which are installed between the main plates 21, 22, and are fixed to the vane body 25 so as to be a front edge 23a and a rear edge 23b of the stay vane 23; and an anti-vibration member 28 which is fixed to either the main plate 21 or the main plate 22 and the vane body 25, and is fitted around the front edge part 26 or the rear edge part 27.
