PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-destructive indirect measuring apparatus and method for flexural rigidity of a gas diffusion layer for a fuel cell with which the flexural rigidity can be indirectly estimated by measuring the whole slack length of a gas diffusion layer sheet with neither damaging nor destructing the gas diffusion layer sheet.;SOLUTION: A non-destructive indirect measuring apparatus for flexural rigidity of a gas diffusion layer for a fuel cell has first and second upper plate poles which have predetermined areas and are vertically erected by support means, slack length measuring means that integrally adheres to the first upper plate pole along the vertically longitudinal direction thereof and measures the slack length of a gas diffusion layer, a slack length limit value sensing unit that is mounted on the slack length measuring means and recognizes whether the measured slack length reaches a limit value, and a gas diffusion layer sample holder that is mounted on the upper end portion of the second upper plate pole and in which one side end portion of a gas diffusion layer sample having an original sheet size is set down.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
