PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent optical crosstalk between columnar crystals while increasing a filling rate of columnar crystals.;SOLUTION: A radiographic image conversion panel (2) comprises a phosphor (18) containing a fluorescent material which emits fluorescent light due to radiation exposure. The phosphor (18) includes a columnar part (34) having groups of columnar crystals formed by columnar growth of crystals of the fluorescent material. Hole structures are formed on side surfaces (34A, 34B) of a column at an end of each of the columnar crystals. A filling rate of crystals of the fluorescent material is higher in a fluorescence emission side than in an opposite side of the fluorescence emission side in the columnar part (34).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
