PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus that solves the problem that true phimosis can be hardly improved because a conventional apparatus for pseudophimosis keeps the glans covered with the prepuce, on ground that the glans is not exposed due to the narrowness of the anulus preputialis of the opening of the prepuce in the case of the complete phimosis.;SOLUTION: A beak 3 can be freely widened by a body portion 1 formed of a synthetic resin and an inside sliding portion 2. The beak 3 is inserted into the complete phimosis opening and widened to gradually push and expand the anulus preputialis. In addition, a screw is provided in the body portion 1 so as to be capable of fixing the anulus preputialis under the state of pushing and expanding it.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
